When we receive a negative response from the CNS to one of your support requests, we send you a notification on the software and an email to inform you quickly.
View error details
We display the details of the error reported by the CNS. If possible, we detect the associated field to correct and allow you to correct directly in a few seconds.
Correction and resend of the CNS request
Once the correction has been made, all you have to do is click on the validation button to send the corrected support request to the CNS.
